Microwave Popcorn

[ Edited ]

Does anyone know if these individual packets will fit in a small "dorm size" microwave oven?    (I don't want to have an explosion.)       di

I think if you have a .8 cu ft capacity and/or a popcorn setting you're good to go.

Those single serve bags are hard to find near me.

OH...Thank You so much!     I mostly use the micro for "warm ups"....and never even thought to look for the settings on the machine (duh).    di

PS:    I saw the packages at TARGET® this morning, but hesitated to buy.    I once purchased a microwave hot dog...followed the instructions...but it blew open the oven door,  and shot across the kitchen floor.   (Kitty was right behind it).     di

I buy the mini microwave Act II packs of popcorn. They are 1.9 oz. They usually don't recommend using the popcorn button.
