Can someone tell me how to avoid having a greasy mess on top of my meatloaf?

I use meatloaf mix (veal, pork. beef) add the rest of ingrediants and form a loaf.

But when I take it out of the oven, an hour or so later, there is a pool of grease on top of the meatloaf. I tried using a loaf pan with holes in the bottom, and that only made it worse.

How do you make your meatloaf? Do you have grease on top?
