Masterbuilt Smoker

Does Item K23714 have a vent or smoke damper on top you can open & close however much you want? I could not see any info. on the description about it or in the manual or on Masterbuilt site. I know a previous post about the Masterbuilt Smoker talked about the vent but not sure if it was this particular model. I have found other pics online for model #20070210 which is Item K23714 but did not see a vent on it any place. I just read some posts online at Bass Pro Shop that said it does not have one & does not need one??? Hope someone has this model & will let me know. TIA.
