Masterbuilt Smoked Chicken & Chicken Wings

DH took off Mon so we decided to make some chicken in the smoker. It was so good. He really liked the wings. Said he was going to the store on his way home so he could fill up the smoker with wings. LOL!!!

The chicken was about 5 lbs. He was going to spatchcock it but was still kind of frozen in the middle so he just cut it in half.

Re: Masterbuilt Smoked Chicken & Chicken Wings

one of my favorite foods.

I have to survive pretty much on fish and chicken, turkey. Not much

beef or pork chops. No choc milk, real butter, cottage cheese,  pork

rinds, LOL

Air fryers are great for people trying to cut down on animal fats.

Do use real butter in baking.

Yes I use KerryGold butter in baking.

I told DH we should fill up the smoker with chicken every weekend. I rather eat it but he rather eat a steak.

I don't know what I would do if I could not eat pork baby back ribs?

Love chocolate milk but I don't like to drink milk either.

I SO agree!  Smoked chix or turkey is heavenly!

Would you mind sharing what you glazed or rubbed your wings with?

We are still trying to find the perfect combo!

All we used was Head Country Seasoning & Head Country BBQ Sauce to baste it with towards the end of cooking.

Also rubbed down the chicken with olive oil before the seasoning.

@RespectLifeI  like to inject my chickens with apple juice before I smoke them, stay extra juicy.
