Mary is suppose to broadcast from Enstrom's Candy in Grand Junction, Co. tonight.  I do hope they show and mention some of the features in the area as they are spectacular.  My mom was born and raised there, and I spent many vacations visiting grandparents.  My own parents are buried there.

Two of my favorite attractions are Colorado National Monument which used to be a favorite place to film car commercials with the autos atop the monoliths.  Its a beautiful park.

My other favorite place is Grand Mesa, supposedly the largest flat top mountain in the world, it is thousands of acres of pine and fir with dozens of lakes.  My family has had summer cabins there since the days of my great grandparents.  Many happy memories.

I lived in GJ for about two years. I went to the Enstrom's store there and bought their toffee before it came to the Q. It's so good!

@SilleeMee   Yes, grandma was sending us Enstrom's for Christmas long before QVC ever heard of it.

Didn't you say you've hiked in Colorado Nat'l Monument?  Mom said she and her high school friend used to go there for picnics and there was a buffalo herd in the area.

Yes, hiked the Monument several times. There are some beautiful waterfalls up there. I couldn't believe it.
