What a treat to have Mary DeAngelis sub for David in ITKWD.  Although David is popular and draws crowds, I'll take Mary's joy, personality and professionalism any day!  Nice job Mary D!

I agree. Mary describes the items more and talks about what we are watching and stays on the subject. Less eating and more one on one. I do like David also but Mary does a great job and is so charming. She

does an awesome job on any show she is on.

I like Mary, but no one can take David's place in my opinion.  I usually don't bother to watch ITKWD if he's not there.  I just enjoy him immensely.

I was looking forward to watching  In The Kitchen  when I heard David was on vacation.  I don't care for his antics.

What a disappointment to see the host was David Jr.

(aka Ms Gluten Free) "Ach!! Get that stuff away from me!!"

How is it an enticement for the viewers to buy when the host lets it be known "I can't eat that stuff,  It'll make me sick!!"

@forsythia1she is just being honest . She frequently quailifies it by stating her physical problem. I am sure many viewers have a gluten allergy or the disease that they can not eat gluten. If someone had a peanut allergy they would not be expected to 'take one for the team' and consume an item that made them sick . It would be odd to not say anything.

I enjoy both Mary & David.

Like many of you, I like them both.   I wish Mary could do all the subs when David is off!     I cannot stomach watching CG and, to a lesser degree, JRT.
