March 22- Today is Coq au Vin Day and it is also National Water Day

We made Coq au Vin way back in college. Too many years ago to think about it. I just remember "Purple Chicken". It tasted better than it looked.

I have Julia Childs The Way to Cook DVD which shows how she made it.

Also drink your 8 glasses of water today and every day!!!! Smiley Happy Smiley Happy Smiley Happy

I love coq au vin! I made it last week. The week before our friends had us over for dinner, and that's what she made.

I am not a big Coq Au Vin fan, and I drink more than my 8 cups of water daily........{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1} I carry my Bubba Keg with me everywhere, and I am about to take a trip to DC and New York City, and I am not going to be able to take it with me, and I am just thinking about how I am so going to miss all of my well water...........{#emotions_dlg.ohmy}
