I love the Boy's and Paula's Ceramic cookware in the 

stainless...have some of Curtis Stones and I can't tell

the diff.  Both Great!

@Monketoes...if the Deen bros. line is any type of granite, I'm not surprised that you like it.

I don't have the Deen brand, but I do have granite, and nothing sticks to this stuff. (I'm referring to the cookware with a "speckled" interior.) Every brand has its name for their version of it: Granite Stone, Granite Rock, Dura Rock, Pietra, Stone Earth, Flavor Stone...

IMO, they're one of the best things since sliced bread.
