Did you ever find the manual for CEPC6005? I followed the links suggested but it's no longer there.

I have also gotten a Cook's Essentials Digital Pressure Cooker PC600.

Did you ever find or obtain a manual for that one?  I know how to use aa pressure cooker, but I don't know the details of this brand & model.

Could you please reply even if it's a 'no'?  I know it was a while age, but hope never dies!

If you go on qvc and search cooks essentials pressure cooker find the one you have and click on it and scroll down under description and there is a manuel and you just click on it and the manual comes up.  I've used this myself.  Hope this helps
