Making Candy

Glad I'm finished making all the candy. I made butterscotch haystacks, billionaire candy, fudge, chocolate cashew clusters, oreo balls. I went through about 3 bags of chow mein noodles, 3 bags of butterscotch chips & 2 bags of peanut butter chips. Everyone wanted the butterscotch haystacks. DH took a gallon size ziplock bag full to work. Took the neighbor some oreo balls, billionaire candy & fudge. Our neighbor loves the butterscotch haystacks & said no haystacks. So I had to make some more & took her a food safe Christmas cello bag full of them. She told her DH he could eat some of the other candy but the haystacks were hers. He had ate 2 quick before she got home from work. I also made a red velvet cake to take to the in-laws instead of pecan pie. I wanted to eat a piece to see if it was good but I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow. Will have to take some of the candy I made to get it out of the house. LOL!!!
