Re: Mail Order specialty delicatessens

@LIndaMJ  Thanks for mentioning Carnegie Deli.!! I just went to their site and ordered the pastrami sandwich kit and the cheesecake. I figure my husband and I deserve a treat. I was ordering from Katz deli, which is very good, but I remembered visiting Carnegie Deli some years ago and it was wonderful. Thanks again!!

You are so welcome @furbabylover.  as you know they include a large loaf of the rye bread and there's always plenty leftover.  We freeze it and defrost for grilled cheese and pickles.  Enjoy!

I have to send a plug for Koeze nuts here in Grand Rapids, MI.  I am very picky about chocolate and nuts and theirs are wonderful.

They are not cheap but their turtles and their cashews are well known in this area and they are the best I've ever had.

Re: Mail Order specialty delicatessens

I have ordered from Nueske's several times. They have been in business since 1933 and I have never had a problem with them.  Their customer service is exceptional and their catalog offers many options.  They mostly sell smoked products, but it's never salty and I love dealing with them.  Right now, they are offering a 15% off any order.  their website is nueskes.com.
