Magnalite

Found a old magnalite rectangle roll pan of my mother in laws . Was gonna buy another Le Creuset stoneware pan that does a great job on browning rolls without burning them like glass does. that 1 I'm gifting away.

Did some research on what magnalite is made of and it's

aluminum, so, it should be good. Don't make it any more.

Think it was the Le Creuset of way back when in olden days since my mother in law was 93 when she died. I got the pan.

Yes, that is a very good pan. I have a few from my mom & mom in law. Always make gumbo in the magnalite.

@Renata22 I always think of gumbo or chicken and dumplings from a stewed hen in magnalite!

yep, had to change my mojo the shark got harpooned by the delicate types, upset their sense of being.
