Company coming for dinner tomorrow. Decided to make one of my friends favorite desserts pineapple upside down cake🍍

I'll serve with a dollop of fresh whipped cream on the side.

Cake looks delicious, and I would certainly eat my share. I never see one of these cakes without smiling and thinking of an old friend who made this cake for an event; realized she didn't have cherries for the centers of the pineapple rings, so she used cinnamon hot candies!

one of the oldest pieces I have from Temptations it came with lid it. The perfect set for cooking and baking, then displaying.

@homedecor1 I made mine with a TT oval baker. But, yours is a better presentation. I'll try that the next time.
