K City tenderloin tips - I complained about gristle & tough.  Always hate to ask for Q credit if product is useful in some way.  Tried Meredith's method of marinating beef in pickle juice.  Cooked tips in I Pot along with garlic & onion powder, thyme, healthy amount of Worcester & chopped onion - cup of beef broth & marinated juice.40 minutes.  Excellent tender and next day the pickle flavor really comes through  Expensive stew meat ?  YES   Have 2 more one pound packages of K City tips.  Won't buy KC product again.

@fthunt I tried finding Meredith's recipe for this as I would love to give it a try but can't seem to find it.  Is it in one of her cookbooks?  I am going to try using pickle juice in a Chick-Fil-A copycat recipe I found but never have seen one for beef.
