MEREDITH: Bread recipe last weekend 1/7-1/9

I just received your new Bluejean Cookbook and it looks great. This past weekend, you had a loaf of bread that came out of the oven and sounded so crispy and looked delish!! The host was going crazy (Antonella?) because it was so good. You said that these recipes were in the cookbook and I was exited that I had already ordered it. After going through the book and index, I can't find the recipe for the bread. Can you give us the recipe? Thanks. Looking forward to enjoying the cookbook.
