Re: MARK CHALRES MESILLI

[ Edited ]

@idontliketousenicknames  - The model Mark Charles sold a few years ago and the one from Dash are identical—they are made by the same manufacturer and sold under different brand names, a common practice for small appliances. I have both the MCM and Dash versions, and the name/logo is the only difference.

ETA: It looks like only the double-decker Dash model is available on QVC right now; interestingly enough, I have one of those as well, and it works great! I mainly use it when I need a full dozen hardboiled eggs or to quickly steam potstickers. (You can get the regular-size Dash model at many online retailers, including Amazon and Target, or directly from the Dash website.)

Try Amazon and search for the brand Dash. Its the same with a few minor good updates.

I love my little plastic egg cooker. My first one was the Mark Charles Micelli one. I've had two more. I gave one to my daughter and the second one I think got tossed out during a clean-up by mistake.

Mostly I make hard boiled eggs. My home gets hot and humid during the summer and the little egg cooker does the trick for me. My new one is by Dash and plays a lttle tune when the eggs are done! I think it's sturdier than the original but looks and cooks the same.

Very cool.  I will have to try this.
