MARCH TEA TIME! Tea I'm Drinking Now!

I am having some Sleepytime tea on this first day of March.  I'll bet it's been 20 years since I had it--so I'm going to give it a go again!

Today I also had some tea from the tea plantation near Charleston--Bigelow's Charleston Tea Plantation.  It's good tea, not great, but a good rather mild black tea with a distinctive taste.  A little brighter than an Assam, not as tannic as many Darjeelings.

@Sooner   Sleepytime....I believe that is Celestial Seasonings probably chamomile, great for unwinding.  I have all kinds of teas and use herbs for health/medicinal properties.  Enjoy your March tea time!

My doctor told me to get Sleepy Time, but I am not sure if it really is helping me fall asleep faster.  She also said to try it with Melatonin 5 to 10 mg and I've tried that, too.  I am still waiting to see if the tea plus melatonin really helps me fall asleep faster.

@phoenixbrd I think it may have relaxed me some, but it put my husband out like a light!  LOL!!!  That's the first think he said to me this morning--that the tea REALLY worked!  Woman Happy

@wagirl  I'm a huge Lady Grey tea fan.  I order mine from iherb, great prices and shipping is fabulous.  Plus they run sales a lot.

Instead of Sleepytime, I drink Valerian Tea with a smidge of fresh lemon and an equally small smidge of honey.

It's delish and relaxes me just right.

Oh and I open a teabag and spread the tea on our back patio for my feralcatbuddy Matthew, it is cat safe & if I run out of organic catnip> he enjoys the tea just as much.
