Loveliest kitchen item I didn't really need.

My son bought me these and even though I didn't need them, I have to admit they are pretty awesome.  The quality is exceptional. I expect they'll outlast me by a generation or three....

Nothing better than cooking with utensils you love. Enjoy them for a very long time. 🍳

They look great.  it's hard to find good quality measuring spoons and cups. Spoon sizes especially - some no longer have 1/2 tablespoon.

@house_cat   What a wondeerful present from your son.  Happy to hear that the quality is so high.  When you cook every day, and also enjoy doing so, it is a joy to have equipment that works well to make all the tasks go more effortlessly.

I didn't know LeCreuset made these.

About five years ago I treated myself to All Clad measuring cups and spoons (that included the odd ball sizes) during an online Sur La Table sale.

And just before the winter holidays 2021 I found another set of both online at the T. J. Maxx or Marshalls website and ordered quickly when I spotted them at 75 percent off.  Having extra sets made the holiday baking go more smoothly.

Hats off to your son for such a thoughtful, generous gift.

@house_cat : it's the little things, right?

I have a LC spatula, of all things. No other spatula compares, IMO. Bought it brand new at a thrift store for a quarter.

Enjoy your gift!
