Love my new Montel pressure cooker...

I used my new Montel pressure cooker today to make pulled pork sandwiches and wow was it good. I had the 4 quart Cooks Essentials pressure cooker that was very simple to use, but the pressure mechanism fell apart during cleaning when only 6 months old. I watched the presentation for Montel's 5 quart and ordered it. I was overwhelmed when I opened the box because of all steps it takes to start the timer and select the pressure. I watched the dvd and decided to have go with it. Not difficult at all and the BBQ pulled pork was delicious. Not to mention easy to clean up.
