There's nothing I like better than watching these "homey" cooking shows, so I like hers. I also like it when she features her extended family members. Like the Pioneer Lady, a lot of her recipes look delicious, too, and are easy to prepare.



The pain they have cost us, the evils that never happened.

Her show today was a chocolate lover's dream! She made Garth's mother's fudge recipe (the old fashioned kind you make with cocoa and use a candy thermometer), chocolate chip cookie dough balls, a chocolate pound cake, and a chocolate cocktail. All very decadent and with Valentine's Day coming up not a surprising show.

Being from Oklahoma I really enjoy watching her show as well as the Pioneer Woman's. While I rarely (just at the holidays) make these rich and buttery desserts they often make, it's still fun to watch the two of them, then I go back to my healthy cooking. LOL!
