So lets try this again, since the first one got poofed.  I get daily emails of free/cheap ebooks.  Today they had a free Instant Pot cookbook and a .99 Lora Sass Pressure Cooker cookbook.  The big A has both.

The first one is called Instant Pot Cookbook: 50 Simple, Easy and Delicious Recipes by Lisa Cook.  It is a free ebook.

Cooking Under Pressure by Lorna Sass  It is 99 cents.  Lorna Sass is the maven of pressure cooking.  All of her books are very instructional and full of super recipes.

If you don't know, an Instant Pot is an electric pressure cooker with many functions.  Both books will work for any electric/stovetop pressure cooker.

Hopefully this message will not get poofed since there aren't any links to a retailer, and I'm not associated with either book or the big A.  I'm just sharing the love of cooking.
