I was wondering which is the better cookware. The Hard Anodized Cookware from Rachel Ray or the Porcelian Enamel Cookware from Cook Essentials ? I would love to add color to my cookware but I would like the best.

The best can be very expexsive: AllClad and Le Creuset (sp?) come to mind. Go to your local Willimas Sonoma store to see what the best is.

Both have great reviews, but the cooks essential has more color, though the Rachel Ray would probably be heavier and last longer.

I have a set of the RR cookware you are talking about. I really like it. However, if I were looking to buy a new set I would seriously consider Curtis Stone's DuraPan cookware (sold at HSN). Saw him demonstrate it when he had a TS last week and it has wonderful reviews.
