Looking for ice cream recipes.

I personally like ice cream made with eggs and real cream not just milk. I like salted caramel, butter pecan (without the pecans though) and coffee flavors. Anyone have any great ice cream recipes? Feel free to list any other flavors too because my family and I plan to make a bunch of different flavors this weekend.
