I'm trying to find square potholders, like the ones that used to be lined with Teflon. I know there's probably a reason you can't find them easily, but do they still make them? I don't want ones that look like mittens or gloves - I just want a plain square. Can anyone help? TIA!  Smiley Happy

Not sure if Teflon is a thing any more but have you tried Etsy?

Amazon has tons of square potholders with heat resistant backing. So many that I couldn't count them. I have kitchen mitts but I could use some pot holders in red or in with a Christmas theme.

If I ever catch Williams-Sonoma ones on sale I would grab some. They are great, a good big size and don't let the heat through.  At least a couple years ago they were great!  They have a pocket for your hand on one side.

@beach-mom  The ones with the silicon backing don't seem to work as well for me as the cloth ones or cloth ones with silver coating.

I got some from Etsy recently that I really love.

Prior to these I always got Williams-Sonoma but wanted some "less pricey".

@beach-mom  I KNOW! Why are they so hard to find? I need to replace some old ones but all I can find out at the stores are the mitts or the ones that don't have the grips on the one side. I will read the replys to see if anyone has the answer.
