Lock and Lock question

Hi All

I was in TJ Maxx today and they now have lock and lock sets. I havent ever bought them, can someone please tell me if a set of three squarish bowls with tops for 9.99 is a good value? The biggest was about 7 inches wide by 3 inches tall. I didnt see the quart size.
