I had a handle break on a piece of Lock and Lock that I bought from QVC. I called Lock and Lock and the gal said they treat Lock and Lock bought from QVC differently than when purchased elsewhere. She said they have to wait for the piece that I need replaced to come in and then she would call me. I thought that this was very odd. Has anyone else encountered a problem like this? I was really disappointed and may not buy Lock and Lock from QVC any more if this is how their replacement policy is.
