Lock and Lock place. com order???

Hello! I just realized that I placed an order exactly 1 week ago from Lock and Lock place. com and it hasn't even shipped yet. Is this normal? It was my first order from that site. I did get a confirmation e-mail when I placed my order but nothing since.

I figure I will call them tomorrow but I just wanted to see what experience anyone else had with this site. Thanks
