Lock and Lock Place Classic

To everyone out there frustrated and losing hope over an overdue Lock and Lock place order-have hope!

An order I placed the week before Thanksgiving '11 arrived today, February 22,2012!

No note, no apology,no credit towards a future purchase, just my three month old order.

Go figure!
