Lock & Lock slow delivery??

I ordered a set of Lock & Lock on the 7th, got confirmation is was shipped on the 8th but as of today the 15th, I still have not recieved it and when I looked up the order status it says it's still in transit. I recieved an order today for Mally that I placed several days after I placed the Lock & Lock order. This is my first time to order Lock & Lock, does it usually take this long to get it?
