Lock N Lock Replacement Issue

Ok gals I ordered two replacement lids for my lock n locks back on about the 3rd week of December and I still haven't received them yet. I called a few weeks ago and they said they just came in and I should be receiving them. Still nothing. I called a few minutes ago and she said that they were on backorder and I should be receiving them in 7-10 business days, so I asked her "from when..today?" and she said yes. Does this make any sense to you or am I just being tossed around like an old dish rag?
