Liver, peanut butter, or any food that I consider a "mystery meat" from the insides of many animals (kidney, brains, heart, tripe, etc.).

Oysters. It makes me sick thinking of them. Brains,, tripe, blood soup, rabbit, venison. The list goes on with wild game.

WOW! This thread is hilarious ~ especially its timing, I was just starting to think about dinner. Now I'm starting to think I'll pass. LOL!
When I read the topic, I instantly thought of oysters. Looks like I'm not alone. A big favorite of some family members, I just couldn't ever get past the idea that they look like something that fell out of an ox's nose.
About 15 years ago, my husband and I were vacationing in the Southern Caribbean when we attended a dinner buffet at a hotel. My husband is from the mid-west and has never turned down an opportunity to eat any kind of sausage ~ he's all over any challenge ~ almost. He had never heard of nor encountered "blood sausage" before. I had never before seen my husband turn instantly green.
Now we can certainly use $1,000,000 right about now, but I'm not sure I could endure an oyster and he a blood sausage to get it. Although, time could tell!

A lot of the stuff they eat on those survival shows. Like scorpions and rats.

Liver, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, spinach, pimento cheese top the list. I also do not like oysters or sushi either.

Organ meats of every kind
"Dark" meat (I stick to white chicken or turkey and really lean beef, preferably organic)
Sausage meats
Game meats
Mushrooms
Seafood of every kind including sushi
Bugs
I love just about all cheese except goat cheese, blech!
I do not like honeydew or cantelope
I wish I could add sugar to this list, but alas, I cannot
