@momtochloe

I love Thomas English Muffins - they toast with lots of nooks and crannies and when to hungry I pull off a couple of peaks and they taste is great soft.

mtc...Hope you find them in your Target tomorrow!  I bought 3 pkgs the other day since my other Target didn't have them and I panicked..lol...They are in the refrigerated section, do last a long time, but I freeze them and that works out great for me!!!

The only choices in this area are Thomas or Kroger brand.   Once toasted and buttered, both are quite acceptable to me.

I ordered Wolferman English muffins from QVC 2 years ago, and they did not go over well with my family.  Too much bread, and in order to eat them and get rid of them, we actually sliced each muffin half in half and got 4 pieces total out of the muffin.

Hi @momtochloe,

I actually like Wal-Mart's Great Value brand of English Muffins.

They come in a long plastic wrapper, and I think that they are in the Dairy refrigerated section. You get a dozen for about two dollars. Smiley Happy

Bays?  I wonder if they're just regional...I don't believe I've seen them when I lived in NY or UT or AZ... I would love to try them though per your high recommendations.

@AKgirl2 if you have a moment, please check out their website so you can see if they are available in your area.  I am rather embarrassed that I didn't realize they originated in the Chicagoland area which is where I live . . .  yikes!

Please know I enjoy Wolfermann's or Thomas's english muffins but Bay's are much lighter and easier on my stomach first thing in the morning.

Next time I find them on sale I am going to buy a dozen bags of them . . . Smiley Happy

@momtochloe - checked out Bays website, no info whether available here in AK., also it's good to know they're in the refrigerated section, maybe that's why I never noticed.  Here's to muffins anytime of the day!

I lived in Chicago '72-'77...but I don't remember seeing Bays.  Who knows, I might have purchased them.  Anyway, I'm gonna keep my peepers open for them😳

I have never even heard of Bays.  I use Thomas English Muffins.

This one with peanut butter on it every morning.  Yummy and low calorie.

Bays is what I ate growing up in Oklahoma.  Except when my mother made some homemade ones.  They were so good!!!

I try not to each much bread these days but so do miss English muffins as they were always one of my favorite bread items.
