I had some leftovers from Captian D's and reheated/crisped them up in my air fryer.  The fish and fries were great, even better than the first time.  If you've got leftovers, try them in the air fryer!  I wonder if doing my black bean burgers in it would do?  I'll give them a try for a late lunch!

Re: Leftovers in the Air Fryer

@Tigriss that's practically all i use mine for.  I have tried other ways to reheat fried food and it was awful.  I would just not bother after a while.  Now I'm able to take those leftovers and get another meal.

I haven't tried leftovers yet but it is my plan to use mine for that purpose -- always wondered at what temp you reheat?

Re: Leftovers in the Air Fryer

I usually cook frozen fried foods at 400 degrees for around 8 minutes, so I did the leftovers at 400 for around 4 minutes.  It turned out perfect.  I've been meaning to do salmon patties in it, but haven't had a chance with the weather going back cold, I've been doing soups/stews/chilies.

@Tigriss Yes. I have found leftovers to be better after reheating in the air fryer then it was when you first bought it. It's really good with pizza. I reheated Chick Fil A chicken & liked it better because it was crispy.
