Recalled for a wood-like substance being present.  One choking incident has been reported so far. 

The recalled frozen meals were produced between August 2024 and March 2025. They were distributed to major retailers in the U.S. between September 2024 and March 2025.

Consumers who have purchased these products should not prepare or consume the product and should return it to the retailer where it was purchased for a replacement or a full refund. For any further support needed, please contact Nestlé USA at (800) 681-1676 Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. EST.

The productions dates span 6 months.  Why on earth did take so long to notice?

I know it wasn't from me because I used what I purchased long ago enough that I no longer remember what in the ingrdient list persuaded me to try different prepared meals except for an occasional box of mac and cheese.

Clueless about that timeline.  Could be somewhere in the recall?

Sorry, @Still Raining & @millieshops , that I don't have more information.  It may be worth your time to Google for more details.

@JeanLouiseFinch   Thank you.  I will check dates on some boxes next time I'm near a freezer containing them.  I will Google if I want to buy again.  I know enough to expect a stray bone occasionally, but a piece of wood -  no, my imagination doesn't go that far!
