Hi, @CinNC - I just got a Select by Calphalon ceramic non-stick skillet and the thing is fantastic.  In the oven to 400 degrees.

@Poodlepet2, yes I did use the pan after "rescuing" it; I didn't post until after I was sure it was still usable.  It was a Todd English pan and while good IMO it can't compete with the Curtis Stone DuraPans.

 

When it comes to ceramic coated pans the only complaint I have is that I like my eggs over and the pans are so slick "capturing" the eggs to flip is sometimes a challenge lol.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.
