I have my first Temp-tations baking dish piece, and my first recipe is in the oven. I'm making the four cheese lasagna but with some adaptations: I couldn't find fontina cheese, so I am using the ricotta mixture plus Italian five cheese blend cheese (Kraft). I hope this turns out OK. My first lasagna. Seemed like I had more noodles than meat sauce or ricotta, so I hope a whole bag of cheese on top of a double layer of noodle turns out OK.
My piece is the 13x9 Old World Cream Lid It. I chose the cream because I thought it would look good with cakes baked in it.
About to put in the garlic bread (grocery store loaf in the foil bag--you just put in the whole thing, right?)...and to put the salad in the green Old World salad bowl. About ready for some Lambrusco, too.
Easter candy for dessert. *grin*
Wish me luck in this experiment. I'm 47 and have never made lasagna before. I am obviously not Italian. LOL
