I would like to buy a medium size lasagna pan that can also be used to roast a small roast, a small chicken or a turkey breast. I don't entertain much, so I don't need/want a large roasting pan. I'd like one with handles on each end and a rack, if possible. I'd also like one that is easy to clean. Do any of you have the Rachel Ray QVC roasting pan with rack? If so, how do you like it. Otherwise, can you recommend something else for me that you like?

I own and use this 13 x 16 Calphalon roaster pan with a 13 x 16 non stick roaster rack, and I have and do just throw it in the dishwasher, and have no complaints with it at all........

I also have a Calphalon roaster that looks just like this one & is the same size, except mine is all heavy stainless steel, but the rack is black non-stick. I got it about 10 or so years ago at Marshall's for like $39, but I'm not sure if it's still available in the SS. I had a hankering for an All Clad SS roaster, but wasn't willing to spend the $$$ for the All Clad & then, I found a good deal on the Calphalon & it works great.
ETA: I just checked & the handles on the currently available Stainless Calphalon roasters are different than the one I have. The handles on mine are more straight up & down, like the one in the photo above & the handles on the newer ones look like they stick out & would take up more space in a cabinet or the oven, though it might be easier to grab on to them, but I've had no problems with mine.

I have the stainless steel Calphalon roaster too and it's really nice. I pretty much just use that one for turkeys so most of the year it's in its box in another room. I know they still have them but I think they cost more than $39. I paid quite a bit more for mine several years ago.
For lasagne, I use a 15x10" nonstick aluminized steel type pan that I really like. I don't remember the brand (I've had it for many years) but I want to say Chicago Metallic (?). It's still pretty much like new. It's the type that has those envelope-folded corners.
That might be larger than some folks want for a lasagne pan, but I figure if I'm going to do two days work (well, it's two days for me) I might as well make a big one. I cut it into squares, freeze them individually, and then vacuum seal them so I can have lasagne all year.
Yum - I've been wanting to make one for months now and keep not doing it (lot of money and lot of work, but it's worth it once I get myself to do it).

Chickenbutt (love your name, I used to have a cat that I called Turkeybutt, though her name was actually MĂĽff!) my roaster came with no box, just the rack lassoed to the handle of the pan with a plastic tie wrap thing, so maybe that's why it was such a bargain.
My larger & seldom used kitchen stuff lives in a cabinet in my garage & when I went out to take a look at my roaster, I discovered up on the highest shelf that I also have a big oval Revere covered SS roasting pan still in the box. It was still in the box from when I moved from WA to here 8 years ago & though I've used it for several holiday meals in the past, I had forgotten I had it. It still had the receipt in the box from when I bought it at the Corning-Revere Outlet at the North Bend Outlet Mall in North Bend, WA back in 1991 for $66! Not sure what I would make in that large of a roaster, since it would hold a big turkey & I don't cook for that many folks anymore.
