LOCK AND LOCK REPLACEMENTS

WHATS GOING ON??? I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE BEFORE CHRISTMAS TO GET MY REPLACEMENTS FOR MY LIFETIME WARRANTY ON MY LOCK/LOCK SET? JUST RECEIVED THEM JANUARY 26TH, AFTER SEVERAL PHONES CALLS AND HAVING TO EMAIL THEM AGAIN. NOW I RECEIVED THEM THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL ITEMS, THEY SENT ME SOMETHING ENTIRELY DIFFERENT AND IN CLEAR WHEN THE DEFECTED ONE WAS PLUM, WHATS GOING ON??? HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM???{#emotions_dlg.scared}{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}
