LOCK AND LOCK REPLACEMENTS

Hi Chris,

What's going on its been two weeks and I cannot (plus others I've heard) get threw to Lock and Lock for our replacements?? I call, either the line is busy, they don't pick up or they tell you to leave a message and then tell you there is no room to leave a message. What's going on. This is not good customer service for lock and lock. Thank you.{#emotions_dlg.w00t}{#emotions_dlg.crying}
