I always get the Free Friday and this past Friday was no different. Chorizo....I didn't read the ingredients until I got home...Pork salivary glands and lymph nodes - OMG. Yes, I know what goes into sausage but I have never seen anything made with glands and nodes! Soooo in honor my favorite show Parts Unknown I ate it anyway.

I always get the Kroger Free Friday too.  Except that one.  I didn't even download the offer.  Nope.  Not gonna go there.

I looked at it... but that was enough.I won’t eat something with ingredients that sounds like pet food.

I love Free Friday and digital coupons ! I get just about anything . If it is candy we do not like I will give it to someone with kids or grandkids --hey it is free !

Of course in some stores it is hard to trace down the correct item and nobody seems to know correctly . Such is life and 'free items .'

If you've eaten at a mexican restaurant you've probably eaten it already.  They use it to make tacos.

I got it just because it was free, but I don't think I'll use it.  Sounds nasty.

Chorizo is delicious! My favorite way to use it is fried up with some scrambled eggs.

I got the free chorizo, too, with the plan to give it to my son and his girlfriend who like spicey things. He read me the ingredients. Yikes. He said it's delicious in things he makes- it just sort of melts in.

@Scooby Doo. I, too, wonder what to do with it..stuck it in the freezer until I figure it out!  Suggested that my husband cook it up & put it on a bun..he just said maybe...
