I do as well.  Since I started eating a low carb diet, I have been focusing on whole foods.  I eat mostly fresh & organic.

On the rare occasion when I need something like tomato sauce, etc. I will either buy from my local organic grocer or go to Costco and buy their extra large size of something.  Costco offers lots of organic products.

They make frozen soups and mac and cheese as well.  Many restaurants use their soups and schools as well.
