Kraft Foods ~ Not Consumer Friendly (In my Own Opinion)

I am so SICK of trying to read the "expiration or sell by date" on products, specifically salad dressings by Kraft. They are imprinted on the band at the neck in a laser style WHITE against a dark blue background. It is extremely hard to read -- let alone sometimes see!

Now, just recently our store had a BOGO on Kraft Salad Dressings - I took advantage of the offer. About 1 week later, I put a bottle out for dinner and my husband stated -- what date is on the bottle (as he has gotten food posioning previously from eating bad dressing at a friends house -- so he is leary).

I couldn't not read the label NOR could our dinner guests or him. I went to the closet and took out the other bottle it was dated 4/17/2011 (it was the end of April). Anyway, I took the time to send a letter to KRAFT -- inc. the neck bands and labels.

Today, I received my reply -- THEY don't have any problems with this packaging! Are you kidding me, I guarantee - someone on this board has a bottle of Kraft Salad Dressing in their pantry - take a look.

They kinda dismissed my complaint and sent me 2 coupons for the 2 bottles of dressing! Are you kidding me -- won't buy KRAFT anymore -- this response totally annoyed me ~
