Anyone else having a problem getting their $30 rebate? This was offered when I purchased the Kitchenaid stand mixer about a month ago. I sent the invoice, filled out application and cut out and sent the proof of purchase from the box. Yesterday I got a postcard in the mail thanking me for my purchase but claiming that I did not send the "proof of purchase." I DID! I called QVC Customer Service to ask if anyone else was having this problem, and they said that there had been some complaints. What the heck is going on? I'll have to call Kitchenaid on Monday during office hours. They requested I send them the original proof of purchase (which I no longer have because I SENT IT). But I do have a copy of the proof of purchase (I always copy everything I mail out in situations like this). We'll see what happens.......$30 is $30.
