KitchenAid mixer question

Hi! I have a dilemma and I'm trying to get some opinions from people that have the big stand mixers. I've been thinking of getting one for ages but as I started thinking seriously about it, I can't imagine what all I would use it for. LoL!

I know I would use it for bread and pizza dough but as it's just my husband and I, I'm not sure if it wouldn't just end up being an expensive dust collector taking up space on my kitchen counter.

Can you give me any thoughts as to what all do you use it for? Do you use it on a daily basis? Was it worth the money or would I be better off just keeping my hand mixer?
