Kitchen Trash Can Recommendations for Tiny Kitchen

I have an old kitchen trash can that needs replacing -- it's pretty banged up and it scratches my wood floor. I have only one narrow space where I could put the trash can. The can I have now is about 12" in diameter, 17" high, and takes 13 gal. regular trash bags. I don't have room under my kitchen sink to put a trash can. What can you recommend -- from QVC or other. Thanks so much!
