211-124 I bought on HSN is amazing. I bought the turquoise one and it is beautiful as well as it does everything I wanted in a slicer/dicer. So may times the colors are not what you see on tv. I have purchased two other brands and returned them as they didn't work as stated. 

This cleans easily and the three inserts snap into place easily.

I diced/chopped two very large onions and two large green peppers within just a few minutes. I did have to cut them to size but it was so easy I could chop all day and not have a sore arm from pushing down on it. It is safe and dishwasher safe. I wash mine by hand as I never wanted a dishwasher.

I hate buying things and having to send them back. This one is a keeper. It would make a great gift also. The top has a latch underneath to lock when using and unlock to take apart. It comes with a small piece to clean the pusher in the top. This also snaps out to clean. A toothpick gets anything that may be left behind. Easy clean-up is important to me also.

I see this has rave reviews.  I've purchased this type of item on the Q before and donated same, as I was unable to even dice an onion, let alone potatoes!  

Can you tell me if this requires a lot of upper body strength?

Not much power needed on this. Just give a quick push all the way down. I don't have a lot of strength in my right arm due to a broken wrist years ago. No problem for me. Actually it is fun as very little of the onions or peppers got caught in the blades. The color of turquoise is so pretty I enjoy looking at it as I use it. It is $29.99 right now and $10.00 off as it is usually $39.99. I am fussy as I want something easy, quick, and easy to clean and this fit the bill for me.
