Okay so who's ready to make a confession? What is the thing that you do in the kitchen that you know you're not supposed to, against all advice and defying the "food police".

I have to admit that I leave pizza out on the counter all night and then eat it for breakfast the next day. Just something wrong with refrigerated pizza.
