Kitchen Aid Food Processor - Favorite Uses

I bought this awhile back when it was a TSV . . . but so many parts . . . I hate to admit I'm rather intimidated by this machine in exactly the best and most time saving uses are. It looks really pretty sitting on my counter top along with the stand mixer.

So, what are your favorite uses and tips & tricks?
