Re: Kitchen - A real snoozer

[ Edited ]

I watch fewer Q kitchen shows because there is rarely anything new.  I hope David changes that soon.  I usually scan what has been presented on line.  I did order that new utensil holder with the holes to keep them from getting tangled.  If my DIL doesn't want it, I'll send it back.

I was hoping it would fit inside a large gallon crock I keep utensils in but it was a smidge too wide.  I like the crock look on the counter rather than a plastic holder -- which BTW the utensils too easily fell off the edge.

I have switched to In the Kitchen with Mary.  She seems to have more variety on the air and doesn't spend half an hour on one item.

HSN right now has a Kitchen Gadget show going on better then watching

Kirerstin showing her stomach for the flex belt.

I missed seeing David on today. I was hoping for some new items from Le Creuset. Product range seemed particularly limited.

Re: Kitchen - A real snoozer

what was that NuWave item that Eric was selling that sold out ? I missed it and when I looked at the screen trying to figure out what it was it was sold out.

I got the NuWave air fryer and love it and wondered what this gadget was could be the great big 10 qt air fryer.

@SharkEThat was a 6 qt. air fryer with a rotisserie.  I don't remember if they had it in red or not, but don't think so.  It looked pretty neat and makes sense.  These little baskets are sort of a joke if you have a family.

just have to make a lot at a time, couple of times , probably.

I love mine for salmon, I made cherry turnovers Sat. Made just like I usually did except don't fry the pies in butter. Just brush them with butter substitute or spray with Crisco Butter spray and bake for like 8 minutes.

found the recipe in Meredith's air fry book.
