No..not true if you exercise, and are already at a healthy weight. My friends and I all run and are very active. We eat Kind bars and we maintain our weights.

Not true, if incorporated into a healthy eating plan. I don't eat one everyday anyway.
I love the Dark Chocolate Cherry ones.

I found them to be satisfying, didn't check the WW points though, maybe someone can give those to me.
They vary (depending on the flavor) from about 4pts - 6 pts I think.

My Costco had them last weekend. I don't remember the price, but generally they were about a dollar a piece. A few cents more, probably, but not much. - Bird

I buy the one with 4g of sugar, but remember that there is natural fructose in the fruit, so you have to look at the ingredients list and see what type of sugar is added sugar and where it falls on the list.
If it's the first ingredient, that's not good. But if it's burried close to the bottom, that means there is very little added sugar.
Same with fat. You have to look at the type of fat (trans fact, saturated fat, etc.). Low saturated fat is better, no transfat is best).
I would like them to make half size bars. If I have some left over from traveling, I cut them in half and seal them with my Food Saver.

It's nuts... translation good fat. Not the same kind of fat in a salty, greasy bag of cheesy puffs.
You don't have to take my word for it. Ask your doctor; read about the healthy benefit of eating a few nuts.

I tried them in the peanut butter flavor and did not like them. I prefer Natures Valley.
